loop...in reality ..ericy got the same deal as nokia...idc just put on the white hat and said...lets move forward w/ 3g...where can we add value to your program....this goes along w/ a previous howard press conference where he spoke of idc fitting in along the value chain....and they have shed their image of the pirate toll taker

Considering a 100M offer was supposedly turned down by IDCC many years ago this is tough to swallow. But I was expecting to be somewhat 'dissapointed'.

For the life of me I cannot see why NOK would pay (for 1 year of sales) 3 times what Ericy is paying for 11 years of thievery. IMO either there is more to the Ericy deal than is known or we are about to fight it out with NOK and Samsung in arbitration. The fact that the arbitration concern was raised leads me to believe it is strong possibility. If not, if NOK and Samsung pay up, them IMO the result of this settlement is that a potentially AWESOME investment opportunity has been reduced to an excellent investment. I still can't see anything better out there even at 19.54. Just MHO
