Hi jenee,

It was my understanding that the JBT deal was for LED heat sinks, and the Sichuan deal was for power lines. Can you explain the ITAR connection there for me? I was under the impression that ITAR applied only to defense products...

Thanks!

Good post. My complements to your group. We didn't peel the onion like we should have. There are more than the three items you mentioned. All of the links and news for JBT and SA need to go away. They have no useful positive value. Hopefully this will be the last discussion of this subject unless Sean has something to say in the future.

What does your project have to do with BI? Assuming your group is doing what I think you are, if the group would like to discuss BI in detail from an investor point of view, who has been in from the beginning of BI, I would be happy to meet with your group in a room at your main building. I can leave contact information for you with the receptionist.

Regards,

Greetings jenee,

Knowing that ATL reads this board, Bourque Industries needs to absorb your comments and take appropriate actions if any are needed to correct, as viewed today, the marketwatch bork news links.

"My project group has developed some observations and suggestions I want to pass on."

"[need] conclusive evidence on JBT Electronics and Sichuan Aerospace one way or another because there are indications..."

http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/bork/news

Removal of the two China references in the iBox, if warrented, does little to set the record straight.

Again, if the past announcements are invalid or require dismissal by Bourque Industries, then a current marketwatch "Press Release on BORK" needs to identify a correction or updated status on those items still having visibility for absorption by the investing community doing DD on Bourque Industries.

For sure any DD done and later found to be corrupted will tag this company as a fraudulent business scheme.

I'm not convinced that that JBT as is not an "on going" concern....not being argumentative, but as mentioned in earlier posts, facts are king.

The observation that a website hasnt been updated since 2011 is not in and of itself positive proof that the company isnt a going concern.

My own companie's website probably hasn't been updated in that long, and we are very much an ongoing concern...we just dont pay much attention to our website.

Again, ITAR violations may make the whole converstaion moot...but I'm not convinced that the JBT deal is "dead" as we haven't heard from either Bourque's management or from JBT that this is the case.

Until the facts bear out this line of reasoning, I would not suggest we remove anything in the Ibox. I would expect that we would be cautious with making assumptions before all data was confirmed.

I wonder if you can tell us more about your project group's background and expertise.

Because there certainly are some updated 2013 pages on the JBT website.
