My project group has developed some observations and suggestions I want to pass on.
BIW may be the way forward for BORK becoming a going concern because BORK does not demonstrate sufficient marketing skills, internal to the company, to be successful. BIW could fill the required marketing resource. Outsourcing this requirement, without cash outlay, speaks well of the current management performance.
We suggest to the moderators of this board that, in the best interest of BORK going forward, delete from the I-BOX the two references to JBT Electronics and the single reference to Sichuan Aerospace. Given the new management of BORK, there is no reason to flaunt past mistakes of former management in the face of future investors.
From all data gathered, neither company is a going concern. The content of both websites has not been updated for over a year and neither company can be found on any major China advertising sites. Deletion of both of these will help the forward progress of BORK operations. Adding the ITAR issues, there is near zero probability that BORK will sell anything to either entity, if they even exist today.
Both of these may be the result of over exuberance of John Bourque in ignorance of ITAR regulations. Given that JBT pulished test results of Kryron heatsinks, John Bourque appears to have already violated ITAR regulations.
We suggest that BORK be upfront with the State Department in reporting a possible violation, indicate that John Bourque is already in jail, and document a written BORK policy and ITAR training for sales people to assure the State Department it will not happen again. It should be nothing more than a paper exercise to put China into BORK history and move forward.
