The only problem with this POS is moron Peter screwed up on the terms on the financing 2 years ago and can't get on his feet afterwords cause of spiral financing. Nowdays what I smell is someone is about to take over the business operations, buyout the funder and let SAPX Valuation adjust around $20-$30 Million Dollars. Do the math: say we have 75 Million shares O/S by the time the deal closes....
