Problem is, I suspect that this POS will have something close to 240 million OS by the time the deal closes, the way Peter dilutes and the way his deals always take 20 times longer to get finalized than they should.
Also, Peter has always overstated any valuation by about 400%, so the valuation of SAPX will be lucky to be around $10 Million.
So 10,000,000/240,000,000=0.0417
I see the shares might get to .04 or maybe .05 IF we are lucky.
