It would actually work and has been done before, just not very often on the OTC - they may very well sell shares into the run in order to grow the shareholder count. If they are they certainly aren't being over zealous about it and I don't imagine it will be very many if they have to. I also believe that if they do any money from doing so will be put right back into growing the company or possibly paying off the note before it is convertible in June ;-)
