That's sounds like good sound advice and is exactly what I have done. So I already know what I am dealing with regarding this company.

However, I do not understand the reasoning behind anyone casting unsubstantiated doubt on any company without a legitimate reason.

Maybe, some things are better left unsaid until those doubts are substantiated.

This stock doesn't appear to be a complete scam like some that the current promoter profiles... but I do have to wonder why they chose to run a promo?

Promos are almost always run to sell shares. I'd be surprised to find out that this was any different in that regard. History has shown that shortly after the promo ends, the shareprice will be lower than before. There is no benefit to the company that I can see... unless they sell shares into the promo.

Anyone have an explanation for why they needed to run a promo if it was not to sell shares?
