Note that it gives the TOTAL SHARES O/S as 14.5 billion. And it goes on to state that "TMM has no future intention of raising its outstanding share count."
Less than two months later we learn he increased it by 6 billion shares, plus another 24 billion that he had awarded himself at some point but did not include in the TOTAL SHARES O/S.
These are serious and egregious deceptions to shareholders.
Since the average share price of QBID in the past year can be approximated at around .0025, if Frank paid for his 24 billion shares (OK, let's be generous and assume only 20 billion of them were issued in the past year to keep up with the dilution and preserve his 53% ownership), that's $50 million. You think he put in $50 million? He hasn't told me that... This is also the same guy who said the company was fully-funded, then told us months later it wasn't. :(((
