These things happen every day with countless pink-sheet companies trying to get your money and get a head with business at hand... And I see a business at hand here...

Give it up, unless you want to raid his office and confront him somehow; your alternatives are limited to that and constant message board posting - and has it done you any good - No,

Your critisism has probably kept you from recooping some of your money by deturing others from buying.... so maybe you'll smarten-up, guit whinning and buy a crapload more down here and make some money on the momo that's guranteed to continue in this endevor.

If you have a link to the CC transcript I'd appreciate it...I don't want to spend the night looking for it.

Also Itesprit...in another post you designated a salary for Frank Olsen and thought he should get $250k per year...that's rather on the cheap side for a CEO these days...but more importantly to me this again is one of the problems folks here have. They make decisions for QTN. Why would it be 'our' place to decide how much Frank Olsen should make? I'd feel out of line doing that particularly when it's as cheap a salary as you stated...hey this is how I look at it..if the guy gets this network nationwide and is successful with advertisers and subscribers and syndication and moves the pps I'm happy. If he gets international, I'm happier. The guy is tracking. What he pays himself is immaterial to me. I invested in the stock and Frank Olsen's efforts to get this network nationwide and hopefully international and the fact that he so far has managed to stay with the other 2 competitors at the top of the pack exceeds my expectations at this point, but now that he did it I expect him to stay there LOL! or better, get the #2 or #1 slot.

Another point Itesprit...you neglected to account for the money Frank Olsen has put into this company over the years to keep it afloat....that was an obvious miss of key information concerning Frank Olsen and his financial status $$$ wise or share holding wise....and if you factored that in maybe you'd feel better about what you analyzed...

Like I said I'm not concerned about that. I'm concerned that Frank gets this launched nationwide and would be great internationally and brings in the revs to resolve the sharestructure....I think the discussions with Frank should start at that point....
