The company claimed the "world's first in-home personal companion robot eldercare trials" took place in 2009. These "trials produced the vids with Lula. Where are the vids demonstrating the fall detection and facial recognition abilities? The company has been producing video demos since '98 yet can't provide a simple video showcasing these abilities?

Pretty pathetic, no?

Who's in charge of marketing this crap?
