Just for a little education: when a company performs a share buyback it has to do it at the Ask, not at the Bid.

Even before thinking about a share buyback, the company has to be able to service its debt and operations so it doesn't run into trouble again (witness the real cash flow loss + continued massive rate of dilution).

At the current rate of dilution ~218M shares / week, A/S will be maxed out by the end of June 2013, and there will still be convertible debt on the books. The company won't have the cash to buy off the debt due and it will forced to R/S. The max out may be even sooner if MWWC is trading at $0.0001 for an appreciable portion since the debt-to-equity conversion will be at $0.00005 (fifth digit).

At a minimum, even assuming the cash flow positive statement is correct, it will be at least 3-4Q's after the first cash flow positive Q before a share buyback could be announced (mid-late 2014 at the earliest). If the managers are responsible, they'd want to see a buyback could be sustainable without withdrawing too much cash for operational purposes and future needs.
