well if it came out earlier in January vs. later that would have given Volk some time to arrange for David Pinkman joining too to knock it out of the park with that PR :-)
The remaining convertible debt maturity date I saw in the filings was for March 11 (?). I did not see any more debt conversions between now and 3/11. Unless they have other debts.
