Perhaps it was done exactly when BoD & CEO got the boot. Emails were a formality then combined leadership changes to meet conditions of the letter along with funding update :) who knows.. :)
I think you misread my post. I didn't say $WGAS signed (Accepted) the letter. It was signed (dated) by Ventana sometime in Jan. and delivered to $WGAS. I don't know what $WGAS has done yet!
