If WGAS signed ( closed on it) the letter, it seems like they accepted the terms. Interesting that it was done in January at least a week before it was PR'd. The PR did not mention that they signed the letter. This is more info than they gave in the PR. If Surety was willing to say the letter was signed we may be having a PR very soon about funding. We are at least three weeks past the signing. We may already have the funds IMO.
