What are these things Ventana wants done to close the loan??? When did they write this letter? You have no idea.

we've already seen volk take aggressive actions to satisfy what appear to be very logical terms and conditions.

1. get expensive tony mason out the door with his crappy well.

2. eliminate convertible debt unrelated to vm-179.

i say the third step, settling with montecito, will happen next week.

..and neither do you..and I suppose when everything is ready they will let all the rest of us know..in their time time...not to accommodate anyone on this forum..I don't suppose you have heard of anything called a non disclosure agreement? ...that means that everyone keeps their mouths shut about what is going on..until its done...

I spoke with Ron Schultz of Surety on Friday (2/15) @ 11.15 AM. I asked a lot of questions about the commitment letter, and the password protected web site. All of his answers were that the info was not public.

I also asked about the date the letter was signed. At first he said he didn't know. I pressed him a couple of more times and he finally put me on hold for about a minute. When he came back he said the commitment letter was signed in Jan. 2013. He did not know the day. I pressed a little more for the day, but he was adamant that he didn't know.

I have hesitated to post this info because of the strange way I was informed and because no day was mentioned.

I invite everybody who cares to call Surety on Tues. and ask for yourselves when the letter was signed. (P: 410-833-0078)
