I spoke with Ron Schultz of Surety on Friday (2/15) @ 11.15 AM. I asked a lot of questions about the commitment letter, and the password protected web site. All of his answers were that the info was not public.

I also asked about the date the letter was signed. At first he said he didn't know. I pressed him a couple of more times and he finally put me on hold for about a minute. When he came back he said the commitment letter was signed in Jan. 2013. He did not know the day. I pressed a little more for the day, but he was adamant that he didn't know.

I have hesitated to post this info because of the strange way I was informed and because no day was mentioned.
