We just don't know for certain but keep in mind that Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. appears to have bot the mining assets from Southridge Enterprises, Inc. This transaction seems to suggest in my mind that our shares go with the purchase and they close the SRGE shell.

I can't discount the fact that Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. per the Bloomberg Business Week article is well connected as they are owned by Northern Orion Resources, Inc. that is also private. This is where the speculation comes into play but as MrDemas said we await details of the buyout transaction.
