I personally laughed at the Dallas paper story. It seemed to be one of the worst poorly written articles with no facts I've ever seen.

Regarding signed financials. Not required for non-reporting companies. One either believes the Aug 31, 2012 year end financial or they don't.

And who audited those financials? Who signed off on them? The guy that the Dallas Morning News seems to think isn't real? What lawyer gave an opinion letter?

In the case of the annual report filed on 15 December, no lawyer submitted the required opinion letter.
