Huh? Why not just wait and see what the purchase details are b4 speculating? U just said this a minute ago?

I'm not interested in more conspiracy theories, either...As it's been stated, the terms and conditions of the "purchase" have not been released yet so speculation is way out of line

Sure I think SRGE shareholders will go public again. Some Shareholders and others seem to forget things like this Jan 23 PR direct from SRGE and after the suspension period. Notice the link is spreaking to shareholders of SRGE and no one else. Looks like the acquired part has already taken place.
