SRGE bought CM/GC for $7.5M..they bought the other mines for a similar sum. The details of MSJ's buyout of these SRGE assets is yet unknown. They didn't just give them away imo.

Read the concession titles and the email from Armando - it is pretty clear who has the concessions at this time.

Regarding the four concessions related to the attached documents, all were involved in a judicial procedure before the federal labor authority, and were assigned to the plaintiff workers in the final resolution.

The Concession Titles state that:

SUSPENSION OF THE USE, ENJOYMENT, EXPLOITATION OR EXPLOITATION AT THE PRESENT MINING CONCESSION, OFFICIAL LETTER IS/421-6985 16 OF AUGUST 2012, OF THE DIRECTORATE FOR REVIEW OF
OBLIGATIONS.

As of 08/12/2012 all mining was suspended at CM and GC.
