Excellent advice, Sam. Always amazes me how many people just roll over after getting scammed by these obvious crooks.

Maybe they knew it was a bad idea all along and the self-blame takes the focus off the bad guys? Who knows. But hopefully enough victims will stand up this time and Smid and Co will meet justice.

And it would appear there still is an opportunity to preserve some capital..although not much, better than zero.

But that door is quickly closing.

It's at this point in time that every scammed stockholder has to make a decision.
Believe the BS and join the shorty-NITE-minion fight or concentrate on who actually done you harm.
Most of these scammed stockholders wait years before they wakeup and dribble complaints in, if they even complain at all.
By then it's too late.

Get the scammers:
Do your part to DEMAND JUSTICE! file that complaint!
I guarantee you will feel much better after you do it!
