better question... if the news was great (and there is no question that the news was great!), then why do you care what the pps is?
are you looking to sell at .30? or are you looking to sell after the deal closes, and the stock moves above $1, $2, $3, etc.
people who invest with their emotions should not be in penny stocks. penny stocks are too easily manipulated, and emotional investor are too likely to sell at the lows, and buy at the highs.
if you believe that yesterday's news GUARANTEES that the deal will close (AND NO IB WOULD LEND USPR $650,000 UNLESS THEY KNEW FOR SURE THAT THE DEAL WILL CLOSE), then drop in pps only becomes a buying opportunity. THANK YOU !!!
imo, three factors caused pps to drop yesterday: 1) disappointment of some (emotional) investors who thought next pr would the big one 2) people think yesterday's news indicates time frame just got extended into next month (imo, they're wrong) and they can sell now and buy back cheaper 3) manipulation - so easy to do with pennies and emotional investors
