All good reasons. However you miss one very important thing.

THE COMPANY CAN NOT PREDICT WHETHER IT WILL BE SUCCESSFUL
IN CLOSING THE BRIDGE LOAN TRANSACTION.

I would not be surprised if they never get the loan. I hope
I am wrong. They have now put a date on this event. They
cannot stall any longer.
