they had messed up some time ago, maybe people just leery of them yet, plus their heavy presence with Europe, let alone that cut from $.17/qtr. We'll still head up the slope as we near ex-div date at end of month.
Did they get upgraded? I think that must be what has the stock flying today after earnings yest pre market, or maybe the conference call people especially liked?
