Although, Patent Office Records show that the owner of this patent is still MicroFluidic Systems, Inc.

To the best of my knowledge, Patent Office keeps pretty up to date records of patent owners, because an assignment, grant, or conveyance shall be void as against any subsequent purchaser or licensee unless it is recorded in the Patent and Trademark Office within three months from its date or prior to the date of such subsequent purchase. These are just facts I have dug up doing light DD. Or am I missing something here ? I have not seen any filings pertaining assignment of MicroFluidic Systems' patent to PSID. If you have a link to that info or have any other factual material supporting your claim, please let me know.
