This post is the most disjointed and misinformed post I have seen on this board to date. PSID is absolutely not a holding company, this you can confirm with the SEC. Since May 23, 2011, PSID acquired all of the interest of MicroFluidic Systems. Therefore, they now own all the rights to any and all patents formally owned by MicrFluidic. AS for your other unsubstantiated assertions absent any supportive dialog backing these maligning absurdities,
as a moderator I recommend to other board members they give no credence to your recent posts.
