I don't disagree with 6MWT driving approval. I am only talking about accelerated approval filing. Let's do one step at time. If filing allowed, I expect additional 6MWT data from trial extension are needed. The kids in the trial are approaching 12-13 years old, their continued stabilization of 6MWT would play important role in approval decision due to natural disease history alone.
I would be interested to see similar dystrophin data if eteplirsen is giving to those non exon 51 skipping DMD patients.
