There is either massive panic selling due to upcoming news, or the company is cranking the dilution machine full time dumping directly into the market.

It's someone taking profits on dilution. Just more of the same until it's not. Invest 500k make 150 k in a couple of months or be a sucker invest 5k and dream of 10-20x you money.
