This makes sense. It's playing the penny game only the stock isn't listed in pennies anymore. I wouldn't put it past them to dilute more though. Bad habits are hard to break, even with Dr. Frost looking over one's shoulder.
I think that Q4 will look ugly, maybe worse than Q3. Even with the financing mess cleaned up and some operating cash they have no choice but to up list but that won't be enough to attract new investors of any sort, retail or institutional. They will have to show responsibility in operating the company with bottom line success as the result for at least a couple of quarters to get any responsible institution to invest. More speculators with big bucks or an influx of retails like us could give the PPS a boost over a shorter term, again if they don't cut the life line that Frost threw them.
