and the results are good.
if you plot sex ed hours spent for the last 15 years with the incidence of STD, such as chlamydia, or HPV, there is a very good correlation.
the more sex ed, the more std. that is if you beleive the numbers. most proponents dont want to beleive the numbers.
the other problem is that its racial again, with various races having much different std rates
right now , more std than ever before
