I think we're talking about different cases. I was referring to the sex-ed questionnaire.

However if I get your drift and it was a local school board decision as far as curriculum is concerned it still has no business being in Federal court.

You're basically bitching to the wrong people. What the feds are saying is you elected these people at the local level so don't come crying to us. Your recourse is not in Federal Court for a states rights issue.
