fung, did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed today? the SEC would not leave out a thing with regards to Marco's transactions, and there is no redundency in sequential transaction numbers. Given the SEC included transactions not belonging to Marco, and given they were dated during the timeframe the extended discovery was granted them, it is logical to opine the transactions were not removed by them, but were provided to them that way.
