It makes no sense if they are on the up and up and genuinely have something. It also maybe makes no sense if they are a scam and trying to get more money out of investors. But it makes a lot of sense if they are trying to build an alibi for themselves, thing like the meet and greet with the "product" "demonstration" and the "testing" at Intertek and the "visits" to Intertek, with all the PRs about the product being almost "ready" and so on... It's all about being able to say "look, we really tried, we really had something" later on when they are being investigated for promising things they obviously did not have. I admit there isn't a lot of proof for this and I really hope I am wrong but more and more as time goes by it is becoming the only theory that fits...

Sounds to me like they looked at the weather forecast and saw another opportunity for a delay.

I get the feeling that Robert is an optimist who believes in himself more highly than is warranted. He also, however, has a good heart and wants to do the right thing. Taking the years of time that has invested in this project reflects this. He has the belief that this can be made to work, but not the practical nuts and bolts to pull it off. He believes that modern day mass produced microwave technology can produce a product at a low enough price point, but has not found a company who can promise this pricing.

The efficiency and technical workings may be just under the goals also, there being extra loss components in the design as compared to point of use resistive units.

The delays are a means of buying time to overcome these shortcomings.

I keep holding, hoping they will release a PR that will shoot it up enough to get out.
