I think PPS is headed for 200WMA. May spike a nickel.. but I think we ultimately settle around 200WMA until bigger things happen near EOY/Beginning of next year. I believe this because of the change in O/S. With 1 billion O/S. Look at the chart and think about what the S/S was like before.. Factor in funding and progress.. .03-.04 is a safe bet.

I wish it would go to a dime.
