The float represents shares that are Public shares and not including the shares of the controlling director, the Authorized shares are the total number of outstanding, float and available all together. It looks like the outstanding shares are still around the 400 000 000 number, but I may be wrong. So do your own DD. Never the less the pps is rising with average volume, so I would probable assume the outstanding shares are around the 400 000 000, If the outstanding shares were more the 400 000 000, then we may have seen higher volume and higher PPS. I don't think people are dumping for lower then they may have paid, considering the par the level is .001.
