I only look at outstanding shares! Authorized shares means nothing, it only paints a picture of possible Capital, If I was the CEO I would concentrate on the Siler operation, knowing that the extra Capital was only available for the growth of new properties and not for start up costs and operating expenses of existing properties. Sellers are strong and Buyers like green days.
