I believe SEO will be taking his basic rights amount and then also oversubscribing to the maximum amount possible. I think it is quite likely that the extension was simply for the purpose of making it completely obvious and understood that everyone (all persons who might later want to complain about limited access) had more than ample chances to participate. mitch once again where did you get the .035 number? Who gave that to you? What makes you think if SEO did not exercise then that will be the number? Whaat makes you so sure hose who over subscribed won't be given the same right to againsubscribe if a 2nd rights offer is made?
