One thing I haven't seen mentioned unless I missed it. . . While the price is down a $.06-$.065, this extension of the rights offering is not doing the company any good.
Tell me who would be all of a sudden telling his broker he wants to subscribe/over-subscribe to the offering?
Such an easy answer as to almost be rhetorical.
There have been some here who say they were not notified in time to act by their broker, and that was the reason for the extension.
While I think that the reason for the extension was no action by SEO, I would like to know if those who couldn't get in on time have since subscribed/over-subscribed during the extension?
This extension is just going to make the failure of this offering all the more glaring, imo.
