Dead wrong across the board.

(1) One can easily go look at who signed the NYSE: RKT deal.

(2) It was signed after NYSE: RKT took over Smurfit by NYSE: RKT

(3) Kevin left NYSE: RKT to come work for JBII and took a pay cut. They were sorry to see him go.

(4) There was no .40 share price in January.

(5) There was no .05 PIPE.

(6) The SEC didn't disgorge them for millions and millions. Try zero.
