Did Kevin Rauber sign the JBI deal for Smurfit? He worked there when that deal was signed. Rock-Tenn bought Smurfit out of bankruptcy and inherited this lousy deal. Or was it the Smurfit janitor that signed that deal? Nobody seems to be interested in honoring the terms.....................
