Why would ANY accumulation group advertise the fact that they were getting ready to buy a certain stock, how many shares they were going to purchase, and what price they were willing to pay (sort of)??? Am I wrong in thinking that this statement alone will drive up the price before they have a chance to make their purchase? How STUPID!!!
Or maybe they are reading the tea leaves and the opposite has already happened. Maybe they own 100's of millions of shares of IDCN and they are getting ready to dump them.
