important capital structure update can be found on the indocan.com website. we are extremely pleased by this announcement. stockcharter group over the last few months has accumulated 100s of millions of shares and will continue to do so. just like atct, swkj, to mention a few we will follow the same accumulation strategies to bring similar price objectives. since my group owns over 40m atct shares and there is a.07 buy back in progress we will clean up the remaining shares in dtcc which stands at 681m.
do the numbers yourself for every 1 million shares we sell of atct we can buy 35 million shares of idcn. we intend on liquidating around 8 million atct at .07 area for this idcn project. no one can tell me they dont know this ahead of time. just remember patience is a virtue. stockcharter group is stronger than ever and will succeed in this current accumulation strategy. we reiterate our short and long term strong buy rating. we will disclose target areas over the weekend.
