I am not going to disagree with you in that regards. That is why it is nice when you have a company that does not have a gaged TA. With people checking on a regular bases that type of thing would be caught. That type of dilution is criminal in my opinion, it is however what it is. Diversify, diversify, diversify.

In reply to: Well the problem with that is the current management "Charles Lance" doesn't have credibility. In the past company he controlled (you all know who) he also stated the float was unchanged, then all of the sudden within a span of a few months the float went from a few hundred million to over 2 Billion.
Trust but Verify imo
