Well the problem with that is the current management "Charles Lance" doesn't have credibility. In the past company he controlled (you all know who) he also stated the float was unchanged, then all of the sudden within a span of a few months the float went from a few hundred million to over 2 Billion.
Trust but Verify imo

The only thing I am interested in is what current management is doing. They have indicated that they have not increased the float since acquiring the company. That is good enough for me. I don't even have issue with a small amount of dilution, companies go public (well at least most of them anyways) so they can issue shares so they can get stuff done to build a bigger company. Those that think they can get into the market and buy stock in companies that don't dilute have not done their homework and should not be in the market. Every company dilutes (even the really big ones do from time to time). In fact if you look at the fact that they have recinded their 504 that is an indication that they don't have plans to dilute int he short term.
