Yes. There is a point in the video and dang you can't hear the sound, were the guy is pointing to a section of what to a laymen looks like a ladder going around a corner that is partially covered with sheet metal. That is to run large power cables and control wires. Also all the breaker boxes have been torn apart and strip of everything inside. I also notice some large electric motors missing and some safety devices such as motor starters that work as large relay's and contain overload protection.
