Looks like something spinning around, but I have no idea what it is. There's similar movement at about 3:44.

Not really. The place looks absolutely desolate. Yes, there are some unexplained movements, but that's all. The site is obviously not operational.

Looks like something out of one of those shows about haunted houses.

Too bad they didn't include the audio; that might have been helpful.
