3 blocks from me a Kentucky Fried Chicken is becoming a Louisiana Kitchen, owned by Popeye's. The KFC must have been a franchise. New competition usually does not help.

What a disaster this has turned out! Projected 25% decline same store sales for 1st qtr this year? Staggering! Glad I stayed away. May reconsider when it goes to 40 :-)
