They are giving themselves class A and B shares... along with 10's of millions in options executable under .02

The last 10K stated that he had 69,957,504 shares.... page 38...

... and after granting himself more share, he reported only 71,844,788 in todays statement?!.... This should be higher, if he held all his shares, right?!

Correct me if im wrong, but something is not adding up... Is he not reporting sales?!
