I was hoping you or someone more familiar with the FDA Orange Book could explain to me how the Dec OB Appendix A shows Amarin's drug, Vascepa, listed, but everyone seems to say it has not been included yet? And, what is the magic code to get that information? TIA.

4Q12 annualized Botox sales were $1.9B (!), which means that Botox outsold Dysport by 6.4:1 during the period:

Worldwide, 52% of Botox sales were therapeutic, 48% cosmetic.

p.s. Annualizing Botox sales is slightly misleading due to seasonal strength in Q2 and Q4.
