Sluicer, may be it helps if you see the NCE status of Belviq or lorcaserin.

Go to the FDA OB website and type in Belviq. Look around and you will see NCE stat for lorcaserin. Vascepa has no such thing, updated or not, Dec or Jan or whatever.
